El alcalde de Molina, Juan Carrasco, conversó con El aMaule y aseguró que sólo es un mal entendido y que las subvenciones fueron “programadas” para ser entregadas durante todo el año.

La verdad, es que nadie entendía nada. Subvenciones necesarias para el funcionamiento de instituciones como Bomberos no habían sido entregadas y por lo mismo, se pensaba que ya no serían entregadas.
El aMaule, conversó con el alcalde de Molina, Juan Carrasco sobre este tema y el edil aclaró los supuestos.
“Lo que pasa es que nosotros hemos dividido las entregas de subvenciones en dos etapas. Una que ya se entregaron a principios del 2007 y otras que van a ser entregadas en el segundo semestre del año”. Según Carrasco, esta medida obedece única y exclusivamente a que este año se recibieron más solicitudes de subvenciones. Por ello, el alcalde afirmó que “nos vimos en la obligación de conversar con las instituciones que reciben más dinero como son Bomberos y Carabineros, para entregarles su subvención en el segundo semestre”.
Es importante señalar, que las subvenciones que entregan los municipios dependen del Fondo Común Municipal y por lo mismo cada municipio debe entregar los recursos en la medida en que el Gobierno Central se los libera.
Así las cosas, las instituciones que aún no han sido beneficiadas con las subvenciones, deberán esperar por lo menos hasta septiembre para recibir los recursos.
