Familias talquinas recibieron subsidios

Los subsidios del programa de Protección del Patrimonio Familiar, fueron entregados por autoridades regionales a distintas familias de la comuna de Talca.

En el Liceo Amelia Courbis, se efectuó la ceremonia que contó con la participación del seremi de Vivienda (s)Miguel Fernández; la directora del SERVIU (s), América Ibarra; y el alcalde Patricio Herrera, quienes otorgaron 326 subsidios del programa Protección del Patrimonio Familiar (PPF).
Los subsidios están incluidos en la nueva política habitacional del Gobierno de la Presidenta Michelle Bachelet, enfocados a la reducción del déficit habitacional y a partir de ello que las familias puedan ampliar su vivienda, con la construcción de una o dos piezas. Como también, reparar aquellas residencias que obtuvieron con subsidios. "Son muy bien aprovechados por la gente y tenemos miles de postulaciones para este año. Mes a mes entregamos los subsidios", dijo el Seremi de Vivienda (s).
Los subsidios son de 90 UF para ampliar y de 50 UF para reparar, contando con tres o cinco UF de ahorro para cada familia, según sea el caso.
Para el alcalde Patricio Herrera, la gestión ayuda a la gente para que mejore sus viviendas y sus necesidades, “nosotros colaboramos desde el municipio ayudando a las familias de escasos recursos y que ellos acceden al subsidio para tener una vivienda mejor. Es importante para nosotros que muchos vecinos de Talca, postulen a este programa que ha tenido éxito y cada día son más los interesados.”
Una de las beneficiadas con subsidio fue Elizabeth Rojas, quien no creía en la gestión de gobierno, sin embargo, hoy comprobó que el esfuerzo vale la pena y además invita a sus vecinos de Villa Los Acacias, sector sur, a que se incorporen al programa, indicó que “nunca ese sector había sido favorecido para nada y ahora sí. Hay hartas personas que quieren participar”.
