Otro de los puntos que se plantean es que no se podrán fotocopiar los textos, aunque éstos hayan sido adquiridos de manera legal, en universidades o centros de educación. Esto a pesar de que el autor haya renunciado a sus derechos la SCD seguirá cobrando por estos derechos.Esta normativa no sólo es contrario al desarrollo tecnológico que está viviendo nuestro país y claramente se contrapone al nivel que hemos alcanzando como sociedad.
