Sence financiará el 40% de un ingreso mínimo mensual por la remuneración que se pague al trabajador contratado por el programa, durante un período máximo de 4 meses.
Además por una sola vez, se reembolsará directamente a la empresa beneficiaria que acredite haber realizado y pagado la actividad de capacitación, con una duración mínima de 13 horas, ya sea a través de un Organismo Técnico de Capacitación (OTEC) o mediante la modalidad de curso interno.
