El monto ofrecido fue considerado como “mezquino” por parte del presidente de la ANEF Raúl de la Puente, luego de una reunión con los ministros de hacienda, Andrés Velasco y del Trabajo, Osvaldo Andrade quienes explicaron a los dirigentes de 16 gremios públicos los argumentos de este primer reajuste del Gobierno.
“Nosotros no podemos aceptar de ninguna manera esta cifra que no se compadece con este país, de crecimiento económico tan importante, que tiene tantos tratados internacionales firmados con el mundo, de una gran macroeconomía, nosotros no podemos aceptar un reajuste de este tipo”, afirmó de la Puente.
El próximo lunes se reunirán los gremios para analizar los pasos a seguir, aseguró el dirigente. Luego de ello volverán a conversar con el ministro Velasco para “quemar los últimos cartuchos” y ver si de esa manera logran aumentar la cifra.
Por otra parte el ministro Velasco comentó que "hemos hablado con mucha franqueza, (con los trabajadores), con el fin de llegar a un acuerdo de modo que tengamos un reajuste de remuneraciones del sector público, para que lo podamos llevar al congreso lo más pronto posible".
Según Velasco, "estamos achicando la cancha y creo que el foco en estos momentos no es una cifra si no que lo central es la buena disposición y la amplia gama de temas de los gremios han planteado, los que no tienen que ver con pesos ni con centavos si no que de igualdad de oportunidades, como derechos de las mujeres, salas cunas, prioridades que la Presidenta Bachelet comparte".
El reajuste al sector público debe entrar en vigencia el 01 de diciembre próximo.
