El 9 de marzo el canal de música realizara grabaciones a indígenas de la zona maulina

Este es un programa que MTV tiene en conjunto a con el Banco Internacional del Desarrollo, financiado por el Gobierno finlandés, que se llama Gente de Cambio.
Consiste en que se va a filmar MTV Latinoamérica para transmitir por medio de su señal de cable y el BID por sus canales de información, respecto de jóvenes que estén enmarcados en distintas iniciativas que atañen a los problemas de nivel social. Y en especial en la zona maulina el tema indígena.
Para efectuar la gestión se recorrerá la región, visitarán las 12 asociaciones y la idea es crear actividades con los integrantes con el fin de que el canal extranjero se lleve la mejor imagen posible.
El canal van a grabar a 25 personas en toda Latinoamérica y su programa saldría al aire en abril.
La relación entre la zona maulina y MTV fue debido a que Jaime Cheuqeo, pertenece a una red Latinoamérica de juventudes rurales, que la financia el BID. Y el banco junto al canal de música y el gobierno finlandés estaban buscando a gente de cambio, que son personas jóvenes que trabajan en temas sociales y en base a eso invitaron a los jóvenes del continente a realizar notas respecto a lo que hacían. Y finalmente seleccionaron las 25 mejores que llegaron y dentro de esas esta la de la región.
En relación a la base de datos que manejan la asociación indígena respecto a su beca y otros medidores, aproximadamente en la Región del Maule habría treinta mil autóctonos.
