Los dirigentes sueñan con contar con un estadio propio, que se convierta en un semillero de talentos deportivos para la provincia y para el país. Por esto solicitaron el apoyo de la Gobernadora de Curicó, para conseguir este sueño.
Gloria Rojas dijo que su vida ha estado muy ligada a esta institución, ya que su hermano Luis fue entrenador de tenis de mesa durante varios años en el Club Alianza. Además destacó el esfuerzo con que los socios y los profesores han inculcado el “amor por las disciplinas deportivas a tantas generaciones de curicanos, alejando a muchos jóvenes y niños de las drogas y promoviendo una calidad de vida sana”.
Waldemir Lanas, recalcó que “nuestra gran aspiración es contar con un estadio propio. Pero también queremos concienciar a las autoridades provinciales y regionales, de la importancia que ha tenido nuestra institución en el desarrollo del deporte. Además hemos tenido la suerte de trabajar con niños que están en riesgo social, mostrándoles que con esfuerzo y disciplina pueden conseguir una mejor calidad de vida”.
Gloria Rojas se comprometió a plantear las inquietudes del “Club Alianza”, a la directora Regional de Chile Deporte, Sandra Lastra. Además les dio la tarea a los directivos de elaborar, en un breve plazo, proyectos destinados a cumplir con los objetivos del Club: “la voluntad política de concretar esas metas está, ustedes son los encargados y responsables de plasmar tanta tradición y tantos sueños en proyectos concretos”.
