Con el cierre de este curso, el porcentaje de funcionarios capacitados por la institución superará el 80% y permite comenzar el próximo año una nueva capacitación en un nivel más avanzado.
Al recibir sus certificados, los funcionarios participantes, destacaron el nivel de contenidos abordados y valoraron el aporte que esta capacitación realizará a su trabajo. “Fue una capacitación muy buena y exhaustiva, que me permitió refrescar mis conocimientos y asimilar otros nuevos que serán de gran utilidad para mi trabajo” expresó Mónica Alruiz.
Coincidente con su opinión, la funcionaria Ana Alarcón, explicó que para ella y sus colegas, el curso resultó muy interesante. “Nos aportó conocimientos nuevos en todas las áreas y eso es destacable, porque lo aprendido nos ayudará mucho en el trabajo que realizamos y eso, finalmente se traduce en que podremos seguir brindando todavía una mejor atención a nuestros usuarios” comentó.
Al cierre de la capacitación y junto con felicitar a los funcionarios participantes, Marcelo Navarrete, director regional del INP, subrayó la importancia que reviste para la institución y los nuevos desafíos asociados a la Reforma Previsional, la realización de este curso, que permitirá a los funcionarios perfeccionarse en el manejo de herramientas computacionales acordes a los modernos equipos y programas que se encuentra utilizando la institución.
